Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through nuvanail.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse any order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full payment card information.

4. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes are subject to their individual terms and expiration dates. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders where codes are applied fraudulently or outside offer terms. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, or a full refund.

6. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where we have a tax collection obligation under applicable law. Tax amounts are displayed at checkout before purchase is complete.

7. Bundles and Multi-Product Orders

Bundle pricing is valid only when all items are purchased together in a single order. Returns of individual bundle items may result in a refund adjusted to reflect the non-bundle unit price.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They carry no expiry date. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

9. Limitation of Liability

In the event of a dispute about a sale transaction, our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from any product purchase.
