In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify you. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual colors may vary slightly due to screen display settings.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

10. User-Generated Content (UGC) License
If you post, tag, or otherwise share user-generated content (including photos, videos, and reviews) using our hashtags (#NuvaNail, #MyNuvaNail) or directly to our website, you grant Nuvanail a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, edit, or feature that content across our marketing channels (including social media, email, and advertisements). We will always credit you where possible.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvanail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by US law. Disputes shall first be attempted informally by contacting hello@nuvanail.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
