We ship from Los Angeles, CA. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $40.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or building management and wait 24 hours. If still missing after 48 hours, email hello@nuvanail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Email us within 2 hours of purchase at hello@nuvanail.com if you spot an error. We cannot change addresses once an order has been dispatched.
