Hygiene & Returns
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used press-on nail sets. Please do not open the packaging until you have confirmed your size using our Nail Size Guide.
The Nuvanail Fit Guarantee
If you followed our size guide and the nails do not fit properly, we will send you a free replacement set or store credit (your choice). Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo showing the fit issue at hello@nuvanail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email hello@nuvanail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately — no return required.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement before they enter fulfillment. Email us immediately at hello@nuvanail.com with your order number. We cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used nail sets (hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased at greater than 20% discount
- Gift cards
