Where to Find Your Tracking Number
As soon as your order ships from our Los Angeles warehouse, you'll receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, tracking information updates within 24–48 hours.

My Package Shows Delivered But I Have Not Received It
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is not there:
- Check with neighbours and building management in case it was left with them
- Check all access points and delivery areas at your address
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before physical arrival
- If still missing after 48 hours, email us at hello@nuvanail.com with your order number
